Blueeast Trading Company is an integrated trading and project supply chain services provider focused on Saudi Arabia. Our core service area covers Dammam, Jubail and other cities in the Eastern Province. We support energy and petrochemical asset owners, international and Chinese engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractors, and commercial partners through coordinated procurement, trading, logistics, equipment rental and site support.

01Integrated Trading
We supply electromechanical materials, engineering components, petrochemical consumables and general industrial goods through cross-border and local trade. Product requirements, commercial terms and delivery arrangements are brought into one coordinated supply process.
From specification review to order follow-up and trade documentation, we align supply arrangements with the agreed scope. This helps owners and contractors manage procurement interfaces, maintain access to essential materials and plan supplies for both project construction and routine industrial operations.
02Project Site Support

03Logistics & Transportation
Our logistics scope connects international freight and port customs clearance with specialist and oversized road transport and final delivery to project sites. We coordinate movement around cargo characteristics, clearance requirements, delivery windows and site access conditions.
By linking origin, port and site arrangements, we help clients plan the handover of materials and equipment across each stage. Attention to documentation, transit constraints and receiving readiness supports visibility and reduces the risk of avoidable cargo delays or waiting at site.
04Equipment Rental
We provide rental solutions for lifting equipment, aerial work platforms, heavy trucks and emergency power generators, together with professional operation and maintenance support. Selection is coordinated with the task, site conditions and required period of use.
Mobilisation, maintenance and demobilisation arrangements are considered as part of the agreed scope. This flexible approach supports temporary capacity requirements and urgent site needs, helping project teams match equipment availability to their work programme while managing utilisation and project expenditure.
05Global & Local Procurement
We combine direct international sourcing with local procurement for maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) spares, valves, piping, hardware, electrical supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE). Procurement decisions consider technical suitability, availability, lead times and landed cost.
Planned purchasing and urgent replenishment are coordinated with the sequence of work on site. Where alternatives are proposed, technical and commercial approval remains part of the process. Our objective is appropriate materials, clear sourcing options and supply arrangements that support operational continuity.
